Interactive Mock Tribunal
Have you ever wondered what happens at Tribunal, how the process works, and what key things you should always take into account in case you end up there?
We will look at how an apparently fair dismissal can play out in a tribunal hearing. How is the real reason for dismissal identified? How does alleged whistle-blowing impact upon a dismissal and can it make it unfair? Can organisational rationalisation impact on the decision reached? When is a dismissal automatically unfair?
All of these questions, and more, will be answered at our interactive Mock Tribunal on 11 November.
Join members of our Employment and HR Team from Liverpool and Manchester as they act out a full Tribunal hearing which will focus on these important issues in an informative and entertaining way.
You will also have the opportunity to discuss the issues arising and put your own questions to the key witnesses from each side. Finally, you will be able to vote on the outcome before the Tribunal delivers its own decision.
So, was Owen Cash fairly dismissed? Was it because he identified alleged corruption? Why did Di Rector reach her decision?
Join us on 11 November to find out!
